Your Rights & Responsibilities

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "55ac" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 55ac.bid, including all subdomains, associated mobile interfaces, and ancillary services operated under the 55ac brand.
• "User," "Player," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 55ac platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a User on the 55ac platform following successful completion of the registration and identity verification process.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming, betting, casino, slot, and ancillary services made available through the 55ac platform.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" refers to the PKR-denominated funds held within a User's 55ac Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and applicable bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded to a User's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must bet using eligible bonus funds before those funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" refers to the identity and age verification process conducted by 55ac using CNIC and associated documentation to verify a User's identity and eligibility.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and 55ac with respect to the use of the platform and its services. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on 55ac, you conclusively confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
2. You agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein;
3. You meet all eligibility requirements as set out in Section 3;
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

55ac reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the contact details associated with their accounts. Continued use of the 55ac platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to create and operate a 55ac Account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 55ac applies a minimum age of 21 years for all real-money gaming activities. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human legal persons may not register accounts on 55ac.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), your registered Pakistani mobile number, and a valid password.
• You must successfully complete the 55ac Know Your Customer (KYC) process by providing a legible copy of your CNIC when requested. Real-money transactions above the minimum threshold require completed KYC.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 55ac platform or any affiliated service.
• You must not be registered on any applicable self-exclusion programme relevant to your jurisdiction.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) 55ac Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein. 55ac's CNIC verification system is designed to detect and flag duplicate registrations automatically.

55ac reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, source of funds, or residential address at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

Account Management

Your 55ac Account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including all bets placed and all financial transactions initiated.

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. 55ac will never request your password through any communication channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 55ac Account that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (OTP) via your registered Pakistani mobile number where available;
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices;
• Notify 55ac immediately via the live support chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

55ac reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the direction of any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority. In cases of account closure due to User breach, 55ac reserves the right to withhold and void any balance held in the account in accordance with these Terms.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the 55ac support team. Pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with standard 55ac betting rules. Following settlement of all pending positions, remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User's verified withdrawal account within 5 business days.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on 55ac are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following financial terms apply to all 55ac Users:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 55ac does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 55ac accepts no responsibility.
• 55ac reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to the verified payment account (JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa wallet, or bank account) registered under the same name as the 55ac Account.
• Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be delayed pending completion of the verification process.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa is under 10 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
• 55ac reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above PKR 50,000 as part of its standard AML procedures.
• Bonus funds that have not met their associated wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

55ac maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 55ac reserves the right to freeze accounts, void transactions, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in compliance with its AML obligations under its international gaming license framework.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 55ac platform. Sport-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the 55ac platform and form part of these Terms:

• All bets must be placed prior to the closure of the relevant betting market. 55ac does not accept bets placed after market closure, and any such bets that are accepted in error will be voided and the stake returned.
• In-play betting is available on selected markets. 55ac reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during ongoing events, at its sole discretion.
• The minimum single bet stake is PKR 10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed within the relevant bet slip at the time of placement.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. 55ac does not guarantee that quoted odds will remain available following the initial display of those odds.
• In the event of a void event — including abandoned, postponed, or interrupted sporting events — bets will be settled in accordance with the published 55ac void event policy for the relevant sport.
• 55ac reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence that it was placed as a result of an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or information that was not publicly available at the time of bet acceptance.
• Where 55ac has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bet has been placed in connection with match manipulation, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt practice, 55ac reserves the right to void the bet and suspend the associated account pending investigation.

All PSL (Pakistan Super League) betting markets on 55ac are subject to both these general betting rules and the specific PSL market rules published on the platform during PSL seasons.

Casino & Slot Games

All casino table games, live dealer games, and slot machine products available through the 55ac Casino and Slot sections are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers whose software and random number generators (RNG) have been certified by independent testing laboratories. The following terms apply to all casino and slot activity on 55ac:

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game information panel for each title available on 55ac. 55ac does not modify or override published RTP figures.
• Live dealer game outcomes are generated by physical dealing and mechanical processes conducted by human dealers in certified studios. No software RNG is applied at the table level in live dealer games.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, the outcome of any bet in progress at the time of disconnection will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnection policy. 55ac accepts no liability for bets affected by connection issues attributable to the User's internet service provider or device.
• 55ac reserves the right to void casino game rounds where there is technical evidence of a malfunction affecting game integrity. In such cases, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the User's account balance.
• Progressive jackpot prizes displayed on 55ac are populated in real time from the game provider's network. 55ac does not independently verify progressive jackpot amounts and accepts no liability for discrepancies between displayed and actual jackpot values at the time of triggering.

Bonuses & Promotions

55ac offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified 55ac accounts only. 55ac reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements and associated terms (minimum odds, contributing game types, time limits) are clearly specified for each promotion on the 55ac Rewards page.
• Withdrawal of any balance that includes unsatisfied bonus wagering obligations will result in the deduction of applicable bonus funds and associated winnings prior to withdrawal processing.
• Multiple account holders attempting to claim the same bonus across duplicate accounts will have all associated accounts terminated and all balances forfeited.
• 55ac reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice where there is evidence of bonus abuse, system exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Free spin winnings are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to applicable wagering requirements unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Deposit bonuses will only be awarded on deposits made via eligible payment methods as specified in the relevant promotion. Deposits via payment methods excluded from a promotion will not qualify for bonus credits.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 55ac platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one 55ac Account;
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or bypassing the KYC verification process;
• Money laundering: Using the 55ac platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw proceeds of criminal activity;
• Match fixing / spot fixing: Placing bets on events where the outcome has been unlawfully influenced, or communicating inside information to facilitate such bets;
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors or odds imbalances across markets in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational betting;
• Automated betting tools: Using software bots, scrapers, algorithms, or AI-assisted systems to place bets or access account functions;
• VPN / proxy usage: Accessing 55ac using virtual private networks, proxy servers, or other tools designed to circumvent geographic or IP restrictions;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in casino table games to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at 55ac staff or other platform users.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, audio-visual material, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the 55ac platform are the exclusive property of 55ac or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 55ac intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55ac platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 55ac content without express prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 55ac software;
• Create derivative works based on any 55ac intellectual property;
• Use any 55ac trademark or logo for any commercial purpose.

Responsible Gaming

55ac is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all users. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all 55ac Users:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your 55ac Account via the account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: You may set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, betting and casino activity is suspended until the defined period has elapsed.
• Session Time Alerts: You may configure session time reminders to alert you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: You may voluntarily self-exclude from the 55ac platform for a minimum period of 6 months or on a permanent basis. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55ac, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 55ac platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Losses arising from system downtime, technical malfunctions, or internet connectivity issues;
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment processors;
• Losses attributable to gambling outcomes, including losing bets and voided wagers.

The 55ac platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 55ac makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, 55ac does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur, and 55ac accepts no liability for gaming sessions or betting activity affected by such events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 55ac's liability for death or personal injury resulting from 55ac's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

55ac reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a User — 55ac will provide advance notice of no less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the amendment via the contact details associated with your registered account.

Non-material amendments (including, but not limited to, corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or amendments required by regulatory obligation) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the 55ac website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the 55ac platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55ac holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 55ac platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and regulatory bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any complaint or dispute informally by contacting the 55ac customer support team via the live chat channel. 55ac undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the informal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose license 55ac operates.

Nothing in this section prevents 55ac from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where it determines that immediate legal action is necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
